The Center for Radiophysics & Space Research Education & Public Outreach Program partnered with Professor Jamie Lloyd on an undergraduate service-learning project during the 2009-2010 academic year, funded by the NY Space Grant Consortium. Six Cornell undergraduates served as interns to develop an outreach activity in partnership with Cornell space scientists and community educators, for classrooms and an afterschool program. The interns' majors included Physics, Atmospheric Science, Biological Engineering, Engineering Physics, Chemistry & Chemical Biology and Science of Earth Systems, and Material Science & Engineering.
