The Center for Radiophysics & Space Research, STANYS (Science Teachers Association of NYS), and NY Teacher Centers recently submitted a pre-proposal to the NASA Office of Education. We are requesting funding for Space Sciences professional development opportunities for high school science teachers. We will know later in September whether we'll be invited to submit a full proposal. It is a very competitive opportunity with only 6-8 awards to be granted nationally.
