Briony was here.
Briony Horgan graduated with a PhD in astronomy
and space sciences from Cornell in August 2010,
where she worked with Prof. Jim Bell.
Briony's thesis research was on the composition, morphology, and transport history of sedimentary deposits in the north polar region of Mars. Following graduation, Briony joined the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University in September 2010 as an Exploration Postdoctoral Fellow.
Scientific interests: planetary surface mineralogy, soil chemistry, and dune dynamics.
