Six foot, stocky, strawberry blonde with a big nose, big feet, and a perpetually confused look on his face that doesn't seem to belong there. Of course that was before he was blasted into primal dust.
Tall and lanky, Dairmaid has dark green hair which is wiry and short, but not crewcut. His skin just a shade greener than white. His eyes are blue. His mouth is always quirking into an irreverant grin. His fingers and toes are longer than the typical land-dweller's, and webbed with dark green tissue. He usually wears only trunks, either skin-tight and scaled or loose and brightly-colored, and sometimes a short cloak. He always wears a long knife in a scabbard strapped to his left calf.
His land-dweller form looks similar, minus the webbing. His hair is black, his skin is your basic shade of caucasian, and he still always wears a long knife in a scabbard, though it's usually hidden in a tasteful pair of boots (about Corwin's size.)
