The following are some email messages exchanged with a friend who played in the game which was a precursor to this one. That game took place at the Dawn of Time, when Amber was just being built. The player characters were children of Oberon. Paula played Chiara, who taught Benedict his tactics, and she has asked me to describe the game and send her session summaries.
Since my character diary kind of trailed off into nothingness, I've prevailed upon the game master to let me use these messages as a campaign contribution, and the Great and Mighty one agreed. They have been edited slightly. Extraneous content has been removed and some were spell-checked.
The game is still ongoing as of the last update date on this page, but our correspondence has trailed off since both of us are busy with work!
