Dear Britt,
Last I heard, Oberon could kick ass without the Pattern or other
aids, also, though he certainly wasn't one of the top fighters in the
family. Also, he just plain doesn't like to, because he might get into
it with someone who is! Who the heck is Atura? That name doesn't ring a
bell. A PC I haven't heard much about, maybe? Or maybe it's just the
state my head is in tonight. Bleys and Llewella cooperating? Oberon
must really have people upset. As for Oberon coming back around when
Dairmaid didn't really want him to, that's just SOP for Oberon. He's
always showing up when he isn't wanted. But then, the poor man generally
isn't, so his only alternative would be not showing up at all, and that
would bum Corwin out. Since I'm being dim tonight, how about family
trees, or approximations thereof, for the PC's? I'll print a copy to
keep around for nights when my brain's on hold. Which is by way of
saying I don't remember who Morgan is, either, at the moment. What is
this thing you've got against Flora, anyway? She was always so sweet, if
rather shy. Why would you ever doubt her motives? By the way, does she
still like kittens? Maybe Chiara should give her a big one now - say,
about 200-300 pounds of something loyal and ferocious. As for her taste
for women, the 'mild manner' part of it ought to keep her out of Chiara's
hair. Mild is the wrong word for sure, in that case.
