Dear Britt,
Considering what happened the last time that I know of that Eric
and Oberon went head to head, I'll be interested in hearing your
description of the event. I do hope they make it public.
Does Oberon know that Dorie has Unseelie friends? If he doesn't,
she'd probably be better off if it stayed that way. Unless Oberon's
opinion of such people has moderated, that is.
Dairmaid has my respect for his self-confidence for even
attempting to teach a roc to be polite and gentle, but I'll have to say I
do question his basic common sense. That is, if Jason's rocs are
anything like the traditional ones. What's Bleys like in this game?
Talking to Bleys could also make a person question Dairmaid's common
sense, depending. I wouldn't expect Hendrake to be too obnoxious about
Dairmaid's breaking a few knees, since he was jumped first and anyway,
that's really not that big an injury for a Hendrake. Unless Hendrake has
become rather more aggressive (as opposed to military) than they were,
and less honorable, or the Hendrake in question lies about how it
happened. (Jesbys could be expected to do just about anything, as far as
Chiara is concerned, but probably won't be able to stir up too much
trouble if the Hendrake doesn't go along with them.) For what are
Dairmaid and Atura setting a good example by going after Caine? Does he
really expect anybody to do anything but laugh at them for it? He really
couldn't come up with a more believable reason than that?
Paula
