Minutes of telecon  14Mar05    12nEST

Note: This telecon was relatively short, principally to review
organization of the drafting of the report.

Note: A face-to-face meeting of the RMSPG was held in Washington on Mar 4th.

1. Discussion of draft report 
   Various science sections being provided to Neal. Assignments for subsection
   editors made. We need the science section in order to fill in the rest of
   the report. Science sections due to Neal by Friday Mar 18 for circulation
   on Monday.

2. Neal will also generate master of entire report. Alan working on synergies,
   Mark on facilities, Ken on technology, Martha on executive summary, intro,
   EPO, policy. We need a fairly complete first draft on Friday Mar 25.

3. It was agreed that we will try to post a version for public comment after
   receiving feedback from Wayne van Citters with caveats about draft nature
   at that stage.

4. Next telecon Mar 28 12n EST; Wayne to participate (hence the draft to him 
   on the 25th).
