Welcome!
I am a postdoc at Caltech working with the GOALS team to understand Luminous Infrared Galaxies (LIRGs) in the nearby universe. I recently completed my PhD at Cornell University where I studied the wide range of star formation properites in dwarf galaxies. I am heavily involved in ALFALFA, a blind, extragalactic radio survey of the local universe led by my thesis advisors, Martha Haynes & Riccardo Giovanelli. I recently left the beautiful, hippie town of Ithaca, NY for the more low-key yet much warmer Pasadena where I live with my trusty bulldog companions Bella & Chewie. In my free time I like to eat, run, and volunteer.
